Traditional Day Master reading

Jia: A rooted tree reaching upward

Jia’s traditional image is substantial Wood: roots, trunk and upward growth. As a Day Master image, it invites a reading of direction, persistence and the wish to stand by a principle. The useful tension is between staying rooted and becoming inflexible. Consider what supports that growth in the surrounding chart and where it finds an outlet.
