Traditional secret-animal reading
The Dragon hour’s inner image
Dragon hour combines Yang Earth with the final branch of spring. Read as the secret animal, it suggests a place where several developing strands can gather before changing season. The hidden Wood and Water within the branch give this earth an image of layered, active ground.
In hour folklore, this is the hour dragons were said to fly and make the morning rain.
